We wanted a video that expressed our unique style and broad appeal. We called on Dave and the team at Media Loft to create a video that would live on our website and give visitors a taste of what dining at Chops and Hops was like, the kinds of foods we create, the quality of the food, the family-friendly feel of the restaurant…and we needed it to be less than 2 minutes long. After several ideas were discussed it was decided that rather than shoot a staged group of guests receiving staged meals, they would throw a private party for 75 of their friends and long time customers. Media Loft was charged with capturing the event as it unfolded. Unrehearsed. Live. The result was real people, having a genuine dining experience, interacting with each other and the staff in an authentic way that reflected the heart and soul of the restaurant.
